INFLUENCE OF RESOURCE MOBILIZATION IN COVID-19 ERA ON YOUTH’S EMPOWERMENT PROJECTS IN BUSIA COUNTY, KENYA

Resource Mobilization is a global phenomenon in the Covid-19 era with Empowerment Projects as solution kit for Youth’s unemployment through development of robust ICT Technology centres and Innovation hubs to mentor into economic value chain society. Ideally, study seeks demonstrate how influences Busia County, Kenya. The was double-helix Motivation Human need theories. Descriptively, Composite Mean 1.90 standard deviation 1.080 implied performance Youths’ Kenya had improved last one half years. adjusted R2= .251for Social Responsibility, R2 = 0.214 Business Mentorship projects R2=.208 predictive power about 25.1%, 21.4% 20.8% variations projects. F- values 15.017 0.05< p>0.496, F-calculated Mentorship, 15.219 0.05 < p>0.161 finally 16.470 p> 0, indicated statistical significant relationship between Projects. variable since 0.05; hence, alternative hypothesis presumed influence empowerment projects, accepted. recommends adoption social responsibility, mentorship innovation platform resource mobilization
